Athol Public Library, Athol MA

The Town of Athol, MA transformed their existing century-old library into a modern place of learning by adding a 14,000 square foot addition to the existing 7,000 square foot historic building. Under the guidance of Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), Thermo Expert installed the curtain wall, and installed entrances and vestibules as well the door hardware for the addition. Designed by Tappé Architects, the state-of-the-art library has achieved Platinum LEED-certification.
