Steamboat Square Highrise, Albany, NY

This year long project entailed the removal of existing windows and the complete installation (including caulking and insulation) of thousands of new vinyl windows for four high rise towers (306 units) and six townhouses (44 units), as well as the historic restoration of 10 buildings comprising 31 units. The work was completed for Albany Housing Authority, which owns and operates over 1,800 public housing units.
